WHAT A DAY - Never want a repeat of today - Nothing could go right - Lots of stumbling blocks put in my way. Running inside to kill fires and then outside organising staff on the farm. Busy clearing and sorting out additional places for my chickens as increased my numbers. Moving wood out of diary and putting in a new storage place. Taking down grass fence by cottage, cutting grass, doing garden beds, with all the rain we have had, weeds gone crazy. Exhausted again by just repeating what was done today. Had everybody running. Hopefully my main labourer (William) will be back tomorrow after a suspected heart attack. Me thinks early night tonight NOT a 3:00 am like the last couple of nights. Time to do some dinner. Immmmmm a glass of wine will go down well. :D
