WHAT DO WE OFFER? What we can offer to our clients are the below services; • End of lease cleaning • One off cleaning • Steam carpet cleaning • Regular cleaning (weekly/fortnightly) Our cleaners come fully equipped with all of their own materials and all their own equipment. Here at Flair Building Group we aim to use as many Eco Friendly products as possible, to minimise any unpleasant smells and harsh chemicals, thus leaving you to enjoy the area cleaned in comfort. Prices are $35 per cleaner per hour. Customers often utilise this service by purchasing hours. One off cleans have a minimum of $70 as a beginning price even if the time does not exceed 2 hours. TIME ESTIMATES FOR VACANT CLEANS The length of time required to clean a vacant residence to standard varies depending on the following factors: - The size of the house - How clean or dirty the house is - Layout of the house - Whether the house is completely empty or not - Whether the customer would like window cleaning or oven cleaning included There are occasions when a vacant clean may take substantially longer or less time, but as a general guide, to clean a vacant household to high standard generally takes around: - 5 hours for a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house/ unit - 7 hours for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house/unit - 8 hours for a 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom house/ unit - 10 hours for a 5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom house/ unit These times are all only an estimate, as stated previously all the hours depend on the state and size of the house. Ultimately the more cleaners you hire, the quicker the service will be completed. You will purchase the hours needed, if the cleaning is completed before the hours purchased, a refund will be given. However if the work is extensive and exceeds the time purchased cleaners will ask if you would like to purchase more hours or to stop with what has been completed already. Carpet cleaning on end of lease cleans is an extra fee on top of the $35 p/h. One off Clean Is it time for your house to have a spring clean or do you just require a one off clean to get your house back into order? Our cleaners are able to give your house a one off clean. If a little bit more attention to detail is required, such as cleaning inside cupboards, our cleaners will be most happy to assist. We will provide our general house cleaning equipment and materials, if you would like our cleaners to use your own personal products they will be more than happy to cater to your preferences. For one-off cleans our cleaners charge $35 per cleaner per hour. (Minimum cost charged is 2 man hours = $70) Regular Domestic Cleaning Services Our cleaners can either clean on their own or as couples. You get the same cleaner or cleaners, same day, same time, each week or fortnight, as decided by you. Our cleaners provide everything they will need, including a fresh and clean set of cloths for use specifically on your house. The next time they come to your house they have a fresh and clean set of cloths specifically for using in your house. The first clean is charged at $35 per cleaner per hour. Your second and subsequent weekly or fortnightly cleans are charged at $30 per cleaner per hour. We have a minimum charge of $60, (2 hours per clean) What your service will include; In each and every different client, we are happy to customize your cleaning service. If you have requirements in addition to those listed below, we will adjust the clean accordingly. Each customer’s requirements may be different, without further instructions to include customer’s specific requirements, a regular house clean generally consists of, (is not limited to): • Cleaning the bathrooms, including showers, cleaning of vanity units and mirrors and cleaning of toilets. • Cleaning the kitchen which generally includes cleaning the counter tops, wiping the cupboard doors, the sink tops and the taps, wiping the outside of the oven and microwave doors. (inside of the oven is not included) • Wiping all surfaces in the living rooms. (And if asked in the bedrooms.) • Dusting general surfaces (small and specific items will need to be discussed as per clients instructions) • Vacuuming and mopping. Carpet Cleaning We use a truck mounted steam carpet cleaning unit; this does mean that only first floor apartments will be able to use this service. The carpet will be approximately 90% dry and takes very little time to dry completely. 15% Discount for Disability/Aged Pensioner valid card holders. Regular Cleaning prices 3 Bedroom $80 4 Bedroom $100 5 Bedroom $120 Each extra room will be $20 extra. Full staircase $50 Split level staircase $25 Severe stains $20 extra for complete household Conditions 1 No further discounts apply to already reduced prices. 2 Severe stains will incur extra fee. 3 staircases will incur extra fee. 4 large lounge rooms will incur extra fee. 5 Flair Building Group does not take responsibility in moving furniture.
