## WHAT UNEMPLOYMENT WILL TAKE FROM US(........OUR SOULS)! ## Goodmorning great people of our darling state. I want to onbehalf of myself and other sympathizers, send my condolence to the families of our co-jobseekers due to last Saturdays hurry-bury of an NIS recruitment exercise that had inadvertently, reminisced the ghost of over-a-dozen unemployed youths, leaving scores of other fellas, injured. Without sprinkling aspersions on any authority( NIS, Moro et al), i am impelled to say that the situation was ill-managed and lacks proper human resource management. And because this has turned tragic, i owe no resentment for those who call for the ejection of Mr Moro et al. A recruitment exercise of that capacity should no doubt, be manned by professionals in that field or atleast proper consultations be made to avert such impending brouhaha. The Rivers State government for instance, had in many of their recruitment exercises( 13,000 teachers, Over 2000 workers in Fishfarm Projects etc) managed the crowds and did this in a hitch-free compendium and i think, should serve as a better resource on this. Albeit the reason for the recruitment was laudable, it has also bereaved families of their loved ones- our future leaders and i rebuke any person(s) wholl politicize this misnomer just because he/she or his/her loved ones were not involved in the infamous event. Lets enjoin others and extend our solidarity prayers to the souls of the departed to rest in peace even as we(jobseekers) strive to secure one that will take us off this vulnerable streets of unemployment and total rejection,dejection and abandonment.
