WHERE ARE ALL THE NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS THAT WANT TO HELP ME WHEN I REALLY NEED THEM????? Yesterday, every half second there were two or 3 kids banging on my door asking if we needed any help. Of course it wasnt really all out of kindness they were asking; we pay $1 per chore, but we arent going to make up chores just to pay a kid. I have 3 BOXES of groceries on my front step that need brought in and put away. Actually Paul will put them away when he gets up but that isnt for a few more hours and he does have things to do to get ready to go to the hospital. I told him a week or more ago to get his things together that he will need/want after the surgery so I dont have to do it after the surgery. Has he done it??? NO!! His thoughts are he can do it this morning. That would have worked last time when his surgery was in the afternoon, but this time its in the morning. We have to leave here at 9. He wont be up until 8 or after. Then he has to shower and everything else. Guess I better quit complaining and put the groceries away. He will never get to them.
