WHY BOOT CAMPS ARE BETTER THAN THE GYM!!! 1. Its cheaper than getting a personal trainer. In a Bootcamp session you have a fitness trainer motivating you throughout your session which makes you work harder than you would on your own. The cost of a 1 to1 session is more expensive than a bootcamp session as the number or participants are much larger in a bootcamp, therefore bringing the price down and making it affordable for everyone. 2. It’s Fun, sociable and community orientated. Fitness Success Bootcamp sessions are great fun and you train in a group with other like minded people. The group motivate each other and there is a real feeling of camaraderie and community. Sometimes there are team games or challenges which bring another dimension to the bootcamp sessions too. Most people find gym workouts boring and don’t look forward to exercising. If you enjoy the exercise you do you are far more likely to keep at it and get results. 3. Bootcamps are more effective than normal gym workouts. The high intensity interval based training which works all your major muscles in a variety of different ways is the best type of exercise to burn calories and get a fit toned body fast! Low intensity long duration cardio like doing 30 mins or more on treadmills and cross trainers just don’t work nearly as well as a thirty minute intense bootcamp session. 4. Every session is different. With Fitness Success you will never do the same session twice……There is just no need to. Routine is the enemy, keep your body second guessing and learn about the 1000′s of ways to keep you on target with your weight loss or fat loss goals. 5. No fighting for equipment. You will all have had to wait for equipment/machines to become free whilst someone else is using it in the gym. Most machines in the gym are not beneficial to your everyday life anyways, as they come from a bodybuilding baised background. How many people want to become bodybuilders??? Not your average male or female who just want to lose a few lbs and tone up and increase their fitness levels. 6. Posers! How many times have caught the guys……and girls, posing in the mirrors at the gym? Well, there are no mirrors at bootcamp and people who train outdoors in all weather do not take themselves that seriously that they want to pose in the mirrors. 7.Path of least resistance In the gym too many people work out in their comfort zone and don’t push themselves enough to really get results. This can be due in part to either lack of knowledge of how to progress their training on, being scared of being judged by others within the gym environment or sheer laziness and just going through the motions with their training.
