WILL RETURN TO EXAMS FAIL STUDENTS? Will Michael Gove’s decision to dump coursework from GCSEs and A-Levels and return to the final exams as we had in my day fail too many students? Even the exams watchdog thinks some coursework should be included in final grade scores. Gove might fancy a return to old school exams but what about those young people who struggle with dyslexia, nerves or even hayfever? They’ll be done for won’t they?
