WINNIE UPDATE! I just got off the phone with the doc and as suspected, her blood test results came back showing possible kidney failure. The Doc asked if we could hold on another day as he said that her blood results were fine at the start and that whatever is going on with her has occurred after her surgery. I asked him if he felt that was the right decision as I do not want Winnie to suffer and this is the 2nd day she has not eaten :-( He told me Winnie is not suffering, just overall not feeling good :-( He wants a chance to speak to one of his specialist friends to confer and I agreed to another 24 hours as long as we could tube feed Winnie. The news is not great however I would not be able to forgive myself if there is a chance, no matter how slim, that Winnies condition could reverse itself. Winnie needs a miracle and she needs our prayers! All paws remain raised in prayer for this sweetest of animals
