ME Strict Pull-Ups MET-CON: 9-7-5 Bear Complex 50/30kg Push Ups Also just a reminder that all judges and athletes are to be at the gym by 7:30am on Saturday. Judges- f you can please where your VSC T-shirts. Athletes- remember that you will completing 4 workouts on the day so make sure to bring light snacks and refreshments to keep your energy levels up. All divisions, heats and teams will be announced on the day.
