WOOD GROUP ON GHANA GAS PROJECT, NOV. 6,2014 Completions and Certification: No Preservation Register has been made available to prove that the equipment has been adequately been preserved and thus will function when required. The MC Dossiers are sub-standard and don’t fully confirm Mechanical completion as per NORSOK-Z-700 that is referenced in the Project Execution Plan. WG have not officially been shown a Punchlist register and close out tracker. There are no drawings in the MC Dossiers that have been stamped or referenced as being “As Built” There are no Compilation of “As Built / Red Line drawings” available to Operations. There is no register for Flanged joints to showed the required Torqueing/Tensioning requirements. ‘lots of these documents remarks have been written stating that some flanges have not been fully torqued as there was insufficient space for the torque wrench to be used. However the flange is still signed off as complete’ There is a question mark over the validity of certain PSV certificates. WG have carried out spot checks on some EX equipment and have found faults that would make the installation invalid. Ex Competency for Sinopec or GG personnel cannot be demonstrated. There is no Ex Certification checksheets in any of the MC Dossiers.
