WORCESTER — Three Worcester teens have been arrested after they allegedly broke into an apartment during a party with a gun and a fight broke out. There was a party taking place at the dwelling when three males showed up and kicked in the front door. One of the males had a gun and ordered everyone to put their hands up, Worcester Police officials in a statement about the incident that occurred at 1:50 a.m. on Saturday. A fight broke out between the males and the people in the apartment. The fight spilled into the Seymour Street, according to police. At that moment police arrived in an attempt to break up the fight. One officer was attacked by a 17-year-old who was allegedly one of the three to break into the party, according to police. The unidentified juvenile was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, malicious destruction of property, resisting arrest, home invasion and disorderly conduct. After police had cleared the scene, the remaining two alleged home invaders reportedly returned to the apartment. They began searching the apartment, while the resident of the apartment was able to hide until police showed up. When police arrived, they arrested Wesley Humphrey, 18, of 86 Vernon St. Apt. 1, who was reportedly found on the first floor with various stolen items. Humphrey was charged with home invasion, malicious destruction of property over $250 and receiving stolen property over $250. Police arrested a second unidentified 17-year-old juvenile who was reportedly trying to escape through the back yard of the apartment. The boy was charged with home invasion, malicious destruction of property over $250 and receiving stolen property over $250. WORCESTER
