WORKOUT WEDNESDAY is in progress and heres whats on schedule today at IEncourage Fitness: At 12:15pm, its Turbo Kick! Need a quick, calorie burning workout at lunchtime? Ive gotcha covered! Come on! At 1pm, my exclusive 5 week focus group will be getting in a quick, sweaty workout. Its gonna be a good one! You can still get in on this, but after this week the opportunity will be gone until January. Want details on requirements? At 5:30 to 6:00pm, its time for PiYo Strength. This workout combines Pilates, yoga, strength conditioning and cardio into one FUN class. Bring your yoga mat and join me to see what its all about! At 6:15 to 6:45pm, its Turbo time again!
