WOW.....just got off the phone with the CKC......what a nightmare......they wonder why we breeders are fed up?......YIKES!!!!!! I am pulling my hair out. I first of all register ALL of my litters online as it is supposed to be easier.......then I register the individual puppies....well I sold 6 out of 8 puppies and registered those 6 online...and then tried to review the co-ownerships or non-breeding agreements and it gave me an error on all 6. Called the CKC at that time and they told me they were having issues with the website and to try again at a later time. Well in between my busy life I tried 3 more times each time calling them...typically waiting over 20 minutes to talk to someone with the same answer to be patient. The 2 dogs I kept for myself (registered without co/owns or NBA after 6 months of age) and I received their papers but still nothing on the other 6 naturally as the other forms were not available called today to again get a hassle and was told since they expired they were reset and I would have to redo them all and resubmit them all. When I said that it was their issue not mine and I did not want to pay for the over 6 months registration $$, I was basically told too bad. I am so freaking frustrated, their website right now says that they are having issues???? Due to technical issues with the Application Centre, some users may experience difficulties processing Litter Applications and Active Applications (including Co-ownership and Non-Breeding agreements). We are working to find a resolution as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience. ....... I have a quite a few litters a year and this is just freaking crap.....I was told to redo and pay the fees. Well extra fees on a puppy or 2 is ok.....on more it adds up SO THANK YOU CKC FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!!! and just for a little IRONY.....they are using a picture of MY puppy on their homepage. So for my puppy buyers still waiting for papers to show their dogs or just get their CKC documents.....please be patient.....I will resubmit and hopefully they will go through.
