Waiting in the car in the Target parking lot noticed an older man probably about my dads age or older pushing his cart back to his car after shopping. He happened to have parked right in front of me, which was a non handicap parking spot but I noticed he had a handicap tag in his car. Also noticed he returned the card back to the proper cart drop which something a lot of people dont do these days. As he was getting in the car I asked him, how come you didnt park in a handicap spot, you have a tag dont you?. He laughs and replies very good observation young man, anyhow I am not handicapped I actually like the exercise here and there, the tags are for my wife she had hip surgery recently and she is still on a wheelchair, so I dont park in a handicap spot when shes not with me, have a good day,,,, And I was thinking honesty and common decency is going to die with that generation before us.
