They Have Been Competing With Each Other To Please Vietnam To Be Prime Minister At the Expense of Khmer Peoples Lives And Our National Interest! Hun Sen, the 1st Strong Mad-Man Leader, Sees Himself as the Permanent Prime Minister of Cambodia. He often declares that hes a puppet of Hanoi or under the power of Vietnam. He admitted to a British Journalist in 1998 that he had to answer to Hanoi for everything and respond to their wishes without discussion. In his welcoming letter to the VN Prime Ministers visit to Cambodia in 2010, Sam Rainsy writes: I wish, but am already convinced, that your historical visit will help improve even further the already excellent relations between Cambodia and Vietnam as it will help resolve any remaining problems between our two countries. ... I believe in, and will strive for, a genuine and deep friendship between Cambodia and Vietnam... as I have told your colleagues in the Vietnamese government during my visit to Hanoi in 2002, I look up to the European Union as a model...
