Walgreens has decided that becoming a corporate person in Switzerland wasnt attractive to their customers, which in turn, isnt good for the bottom line. To be honest, Im kinda confused about this whole corporate (person) inversion shit. So, after corporate inversion do the corporate persons have dual citizenship or... but maybe theyre US corporate citizens living abroad and... but they could be foreign national corporate citizens, which would mean, of course, they cant make contributions in connection with elections... that is, of course, unless they have their corporate citizen green cards, which would mean... and, too, you have to look at where corporate father and corporate mother had corporate citizenship during the corporate conception... but based on the corporation persons religion, they might qualify for asylum, and speaking of asylum... ah hell... It looks like we need another one of those special, made-to-order, one-of-kind, dont-look-now narrow rulings from the R.A.T.S. PLUS ONE to straighten this shit out. Or at least to stack it in orderly rows.
