Walking BEAST, sounds tough, right?! =)... Its not as bad as it sounds but is a great way to tighten the core especially working the lower abs !! Who wouldnt like to tighten the lower abs! Heres how: Start out in plank, make sure your shoulders are directly over the hands. Then walk/ step your feet in tucking the knees to your chest and contacting your abs in strong. Walk/step the feet back out into a strong plank position. You can talk yourself through it by saying in, in, out , out. You can do it !
