Want to get a quick workout in. Check this out! I call it core cardio. All you need is a nice slidey floor and a pair of socks or a paper plate, and the determination to put your full effort and intensity into the workout. Make sure to engage your core through out the Workout. You can start with 10 secs each exercise and work your way up to a minute. Workout in plank position. 1. Knee tuck into push up: Aim to get your knees to touch your elbows. 2. Knee to opposite elbow plank: Aim to get your knee to the opposite elbow 3. Sliding plank jacks: slide your legs slightly more than shoulder with apart. 4. Sliding mountain climbers: knees to chest ppls 5. Sliding plank pikes: slide your shoulders back, push your butt in the air, slide your feet forward.
