Warm Reminder to all THM, HM and TEM students: If you have received offers from PolyU HTM, remember to get into the system and click meet the condition button. They will ask you to submit the updated transcript with completion of internship shown. If you have not yet apply for the transcript, please apply it as soon as possible. You may only receive it ard mid August if you apply from now on. If you have applied in June, you may get your transcript on time. Otherwise, What can you do? 1. Print out the email sent from PolyU HTM that asking you for your updated transcript. 2. Print out the online result notification (around early July). 3. Bring 1. and 2. to HPCC student office to chop the college chop to prove official. 4. Email back PolyU and tell them you are going to do the above and send them back the official transcript (by the date to receive the transcript). 5.
