Wartburg Speedway is in the books. Tim ran in the makeup race starting on the front row. A good start would put him in the lead early on. The race went pretty well caution free and he ended up getting another win. In the second feature Nick Miley would be taking controls. After having never really sat in one, he started the heat race with no real knowledge of how the car would act. After a few laps and some behind the fence coaching Nick took charge and headed for the front. He ran right with the leader and had him past before a caution came out. Once on the restart John Stout and Nick would hook up and take off. Nick would be right on john and not able to make it happen until the last few feet of the last lap. Nick brung home the heat win. This put him one the outside pole for the feature. Once feature time rolled around Nick was ready to go. On the point he startled up to do battle with some very good competition. On the first couple of starts nic would have real good jumps. He pulled out to a lead and never really looked back. Lap after lap he was gaining momentum. On lap 18 Nick had a sizable lead until a caution. Once back lined up the green and white would be shown together. Nick would go ahead and pull away from the pack. Coming out of for Nick put it on cruise and went on to win his first ever modlite race. 2 wins in one night at Wartburg Speedway. Cant get any better than that.
