Watching the Business Block, No Jonas, just giving bonuses or larger salaries isnt what makes the private sector more efficient. Its not the money, its the incentive; the direct accountability thats missing from the public sector model. Thats why just putting more money into education doesnt make anyone smarter and why giving out bonuses to IRS employees based on absolutely nothing wont improve the IRS.
