Watching the damage on tv. A possible F5 tornado in Washington Illinois. 101 tornadoes today across Illinois. Debri and damage in cornfields around where we live but thank you God for keeping my family safe because my son was out driving and my aunt was in coal city with my whole world in her van and got out a few minutes before the storm went through. Thank God for that special coworker that texted my husband for me to let him know about the tornadoes. Thank god there were not as many deaths as there could have been for this powerful storm that went on for miles... An F2 hit diamond and Coal city. Gifford Illinois was hit. 200 of their 300 homes in that town were completely destroyed. That tiny town wont get the same attention as the bigger towns. I hear a funnel cloud went over solder field during the game and they had to evacuate. But the bears win.. Whatever, the bears should be used to playing in whatever conditions with Illinois weather. I have a generator I can lend to a responsible family in coal city if anyone of my Facebook friends knows anyone that can use it. I say responsible because we can afford to buy a new one if this one gets broke or stolen.
