Water in divine word In the name of God (part 1) (1)Water in divine word Rainfall and its spreading in the earth, flowing of rivers, thunder, origin of mankind and all creatures life, and settlement of Gods throne on Water, His throne was on the water, man infestation of divine power in water, cleanliness of rain, rainfall with distinct amount, water as a sign of life and death, water as a living and life giving creature, water and cleanliness, water and health, water and economy, water and power, water and civilization , water and politics, issues such as consumption management, prodigality, stories of prophet josephs life in consumption management, water and society, and all other issues which God has mentioned in the holy Quran about water, all manifest the importance of water. Additionally, the role of wind and cloud, accumulation of clouds, destruction of clouds, rainfall and hail fall process, different kinds of pluvial clouds, phenomenon of flood, its advantages and disadvantages, benefits of thunder, water and food, water and temperature are all mentioned in Quran, And He it is who has created the heavens and the earth in six Days and His throne was on the water The first manager of water is God, most gracious, most merciful who put the basis of the universe, all creatures and their life and death on water. There arent any other phenomena which are more important than water, the origin of life, since God has given water in the trust of mankind. And we send the fertilizing winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though you are not the owners of its stores. Here the question rises that when God puts the basis of His plan and management on water, and the universes stability and firmness is based on this divine phenomenon, how should water resources be managed? Quran has presented a scientific and applied solution. and we have sent down to you the book making everything clear And in other verses: Say: I but follow what is revealed to me from my Lord: This is (nothing but)Lights from your Lord, and Guidance, and mercy, for any who have faith. Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Quran,or are their hearts locked up by them? Whom are all these verses in Quran for? All of the universes science is hidden in Quran and todays human knowledge has just found out a small part of this science. What distinguishes humans from other creatures? Does their difference only lie in physical body, or a centre called brain with its nervous system? Human being is similar to other creatures in this respect, but what is his difference? Animals have instinct which is a natural training and issues necessary commands from their brain. Therefore, animals do not have rational growth and live according to their instinct. But what is the factor of humans rational growth? According to Quran, spirit is the factor of humans rational growth. Human spirit which is taken from Gods spirit (and breathed of my spirit) has evolved in the world and todays scientific progress is taken place by the growth of humans spirit which has understanding, sense, insight, innovation, creativity, and thought. Quran points that: And God makes the signs plain to you : for God is full of knowledge and wisdom. Thought and wisdom are the starting point of movement towards management. Therefore, the first condition in science is thinking. Thinking is posing the question, not the answer. Thought leads mankind to recognition; management needs wisdom, thought and scientific prerequisites. Without study, unknown researches would not be clear. Thus, management is the perfect level of thought. Innovations and discoveries are taken place by means of deep thought and wisdom, research and investigation. Genesis of the universe is occurred by Gods will which is the same as management. Gods holy nature is the creator of wisdom and though, thus genesis of the universe is not taken place based on thought, but by Gods will. Human spirit is taken from Gods spirit, has the ability to perceive and it is recalled as heart in Quran. Qurans erases summon mankind to think and reflect about causes and effects. A man who looks at the universe with thought and wisdom, gains insight and recognition. As it is mentioned in Quran, those are the ones endued with understanding. Those who listen to the work, and follow the best (manning)in it: those are the ones whom God has guided, and those are the ones endued with understanding. The refers to people who have discovered the nature of life. Some people just observe things superficially, some observe the margins too, and still the third group seeks for the reasons. Therefore, their thought and contemplation are deep and they can get the gist of the matters. Imagine a person who observes everything superficially, his insight would be limited too. For example, by looking at a walnut, he only sees its outer shell which is green, some people see deeper and observe the wooden shell, and some other people go beyond this and observe the walnut kernel. The meaning of this verse is getting the gist of the subject, discovering the walnut kernel. The third group will naturally enjoy this divine blessing more. The way to perceive the gist is virtue and thought.This is the book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear God: Thus, the way toward gaining inner truth and insight and applied recognition is thinking and reflecting in Qurans verses. Useful strategies can be discovered about water resources management by thinking about Qurans verses. Some of Qurans verses about water are as follows: By the (winds) that scatter broadcast; And those that lift and bear away heavy weights; And those that flow with ease and gentleness; And those that distribute and apportion by Command; Verily that which ye are promised is true; And if indeed thou ask them who it is that sends down rain from the sky, and gives life therewith to the earth after its death, they will certainly reply, God! And God has created every animal from water did you not see how God sends down rain from the sky? With it we then bring out different colored fruits. and he caused rain to descend on you from heaven, to clean you therewith, The most comprehensive definition of water has been mentioned in Quran, water has vital value. After centuries, it has made clear that all the terms which have been attributed to water, are summarized in this divine word. United Nations General Secretary announces in 2010 that water has vital value. Therefore, the most comprehensive method of water resources management has been described in Quran verses which only need to be studied, investigated and thought about. Qurans science is vast and it is necessary for water experts, specialists, researchers, and managers to refer to this science for perceiving the real value of water. Definitely, they will find the answer to all of their questions and problems. Problem of human society and scientific resources. Qurans guidance is conduction to thought, wisdom, and reflection, not doing duties and commands. So mankind should follow Quran for attaining science and technology in all respects. Then the Apostle will say: my Lord! Truly my people took this Quran for just foolish nonsense. #quran
