Fall is upon us so keeping it seasonal, here is our Pumpkin Protein Pancake Recipe! Ingredients: Dry I cup of plain oatmeal 4 scoops of Protein Powder 1 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice 1/2 tsp baking powder 7 pks is Stevia Wet 4 egg whites 1 cup of cold water 1 can of pure pumpkin 1 tsp of vanilla extract Directions: place oats in a food processor and grind down to a flour consistency. Add all other dry ingredients and blend until well incorporated. Add all wet ingredients and blend until the batter forms. Heat griddle and apply a non stick cooking spray. Use a 1/4 cup scoop to pour pancake batter onto griddle and cook as you would regular pancakes. *Be sure not to over cook these protein cakes or they will be tough! This recipe will yield about 20 cakes! Enjoy!
