Water, water...it was everywhere last night which just added to the atmosphere of Water of Life, a beautiful musical guide through Edinburghs underground water courses, from hilltop source out to the sea at Leith. Go see it, theres a second performance tonight, part of Echo of Light at Summerhall from 7pm. Maybe there wont be rain on the roof tonight but there will be Rain on The Roof, an imaginative old public information film about Edinburghs water supplies, set to evocative music by Tommy Perman and Rob St John. Well worth the hard seats of the old anatomy lecture theatre in the far reaches of Summerhall. edinburghwateroflife.org/
