We all remember what we were doing and where we were 12 years ago today, I was at my desk when a co- worker said a plane hit the north tower, we stopped and went to a TV and few minutes later we say the second plane. Later that night I had youth football practice, we didnt need practice the kids needed to be together because as a 8-9-10 year old their world changed, they went to school, heard the news, some maybe cried, felt scared but maybe knowing they were having football that night may a have kept their world normal for a few hours. We talked about that day after practice, I had parents thanking me for having football that night.
