We are back in the limp-wristed days of President Carter who tried to negotiate with the militant Islamist which resulted in 18 months of Americans being held hostage. He too like Obama tried and failed to rescue the hostages. Helicopters crashed in the deserts and the militants laughed then as now. But when Reagan was elected He said those days were over. And they were The Islamist new he meant business and the hostages came home. We need a leader with the intrepid courage to take it to the mat. Obama is so in love with himself he has no room for us. I am embarrassed. I am disgusted. He could have traded the Guantamo terrorist generals for the news men hostages instead of the soldier who abandoned his post. And now we wait for the next newsman to be be headed while Obama rushes back to play another round of golf. I am ready for this to end.
