We are currently watching a very heartbreaking news. Im trying my best not to cry watching fathers bury their own children, people eating animal carcasses, mass grave for lots of dead people, anarchy due to severe hunger, mothers crying for their dead, survivors scavenging whatever they can find, children left alone to survive, murky waters gradually being mixed with human blood, hospitals closing due to scarcity of medicines and supplies and many more. Yet, I was amazed with the responses of some of the survivors. They waved at the camera with smiles, with beaming faces they rummaged through used clothes brought to them by the donors from almost everywhere. Some even greeted their family members on tv. Others even praised God for keeping them safe and alive even in the state of hunger and distress. No home. No family. No food. No water. No medicines... Yet still filled with hope. We who were spared should be thankful as they are now in their state of nothingness. We who were spared should really help. We are more blessed. We should share in any way we can. :)
