ECOsystm is located in the heart of downtown SF in the SOMA district, at 540 Howard Street, SF CA. This is a Career Opportunity for an amazing career oriented person! (JOB DESCRIPTION) The ideal CM will get in on this ground floor opportunity initiate then execute the Business Plan (BP) managing each project reaching its milestones onto completion continuing year to year growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the ECOSYSTM management to carry out each milestone within the BP that includes but is not limited to: 1) Execute, the BP with approval of Management and manage each project in writing including the initiation, execution, tracking, reaching milestones and completion. 2) Design, set up, and kick-off the ECOsystm Co-Working Space – build out, keeping the daily workflow moving forward with the milestones as completion dates. 3) Create ECOsystm Collateral Material, e.g. Business Cards, Letter Head, Brochures, etc… 4) Manage website build-out, set up social media assets (Facebook, Linkedin, Google+, and Twitter) as well as profiles assets on other social media sites. 5) Create various levels of membership plans, and set up membership Software. 6) Form strategic alliances and partnerships in SF and surrounding areas with similarly aligned (Startup) Organizations for the purposes of promotion and membership acquisition. 7) Plan and hold events with partner organizations to increase awareness of ECOsystm, bring together media attention, and acquire potential members to ECOsystm. 8) Set up calendar of mentor talks and tours of ECOsystm on a regular basis, daily scheduling. 9) Create and provide collateral information on the various levels of membership. 10) Gain new potential members and Sell new memberships on a weekly basis, and ongoing and with a monthly goal to up sell members. 11) Plan and promote day and night special events inviting the community to learn about ECOsystm. 12) Create the value add of an ECOsystm membership. 13) Organize weekly member lunch, happy hour and social events. 14) Develop ongoing list of mentors and potential mentors to create a greater community. 15) Build up proactive management of initial members via face-to-face interaction with keen people person abilities, along with having a long-term goal of interaction with over 400 members! o Create an ECOsystm staffing matrix. 16) Set up CRM software to keep a flow of potential members, mentors, investors, strategic alliances in a pipeline for follow up. 17) Daily out-reach to five (5) new meetup groups in the SF and surrounding areas inviting them to the ECOsytm. 18) Weekly Staff meeting with management, Advisors, Board Members, o Working closely with the President & CEO on the myriad of daily tasks, keeping a calendar of goals and milestones updated daily. 19) In addition, the CM will carry out any other tasks assigned by the management.
