We are going to isolate the leg muscle with this move. ✨Sit up tall with your legs extended and back flat. Use your hands for support, but do not let the back collapse. ✨Raise one foot off the ground keeping the leg straight. ✨Cross the leg over the leg thats on the ground, still keeping it straight. Return to starting position but dont let the foot touch the ground. ✨Do this 8 times. ✨Draw the knee into the chest engaging the core then extend the leg back out, again keeping the foot off the ground. Do this 8 times. ✨Repeat both moves, 8 of each as many times as you. ✨Then do the other leg
