We are heartbroken to have to report that we were unable to save all of the animals on the euth list today. We lost dog Carla and cats Fritter and Madeline. We are so sorry that we failed them and could not find a place for them to go. We tried to make room but it wasn’t enough. 12 more cats/kittens and 16 dogs/puppies came in to Animal Control that we haven’t posted yet. We just can’t find commitments fast enough! To make room we pulled cats Shylo, Spats, Boots, Smokey, Isabelle and Levi. We still need sponsorship for some of them. Spats ($35), Levi ($35), Boots/Smokey ($50). We pulled Mollie and her babies. We have 3 puppies that we pulled for the Puppy Quarantine Program that all need sponsorship: Ruffers ($35), Zorro ($35), Tom ($35) Please help the ones that we were able to get out by donating NOW at ashelterfriend org to sponsor them. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, KEEP NETWORKING OUR URGENT ANIMALS!! Adopt if you can, offer to foster for a rescue in your area so they will pull an animal, adopt an animal and rehome him or her where you live where they will have a better chance of finding a home faster, call rescues, pledge to attract rescues, share pics on your Facebook page, print some out and take them to work…DO WHATEVER YOU CAN!!! WE DESPERATELY NEED YOUR HELP! We expect to receive another euth list for early next week from Animal Control.
