We are sad to say that Ash Senior will be leaving his position at STM in a few weeks time and while we all wish Ash the best for the future, this does leave a vacancy. Despite Ashs lack of height, his boots will be hard to fill. So were on the lookout for a mechanic to join us at STM. The right guy (or girl) will be a qualified mechanic with experience specifically working on modified cars. Experience with the following will be essential: - Fuel system upgrades (fuel pumps/regulators etc) - Installation of electronic products (boost controllers etc) - Automotive wiring - Engine building - Familiarity with construction of AN lines/fittings - Strong understanding of turbocharging - Light fabrication work would also be a huge benefit (tig/mig welding). While the skill set is important, attitude is everything. Im thinking enthusiastic, energetic and passionate. A love of modified cars is ESSENTIAL and you MUST be a great team player.
