We are very proud to bring you a new exhibition by Francesco Silvestri which is called Life of the sea. Life is a series of moments, some are repeated and some occur only once. It is the latter to which Silvestri turns his focus. Twice a day along the countless beaches of the world an amazing event happens - the tide moves in and rolls away. Each time this happens a scene is left behind which is completely unique. Shells left in different positions and seaweed hung on exposed rocks peering through the sand just to name a fraction of what you find. As the sea recedes and the water moves over them different markings remain and this is what attracts Silvestris interest. Not only are the markings unique but they are also very temporary. Within a few hours the sea returns and the canvas is washed clean. The photographs are limited edition and real treasures of the ocean.
