We can hardly wait until tomorrow night (Friday 31st October) - the Capture Coolamon Shire Photo Exhibition opens at 6.30pm - the menu in full below of finger foods such as the one pictured are created by our culinary staff - with every guest well fed with the following goodies: 1. Tempura Prawns dashed with Murray River Pink Salt, 2. American Dagwood Chicken & Cheese Triple Sandwich Quarters, 3. Hand Made Danaan Sausage Rolls with Hungarian Paprika, 4. Italian Crostini with Semi-Dried Tomato, Basil and Bocconcini, 5. Spring Vegetable Australian Native Spice Tartlets, 6. Fresh Strawberries dipped in Dutch Chocolate & 7. One more desert dish weve added as a special treat.
