We did this for about 15-20 minutes this morning and afterwards little girl said two things: Im tired. (Awesome!) And Mommy, whats that on you? That would be sweat, lol. All in all I think it worked; fun, fitness, family. I used cards with numbers and did some side skips to lay them down one at a time, going back to the beginning for each one. Next, little girl had to pick them up one at a time and run them back to the start. Variations: I could walk, jog, jump, or do lunges. For items to set down I could have used alphabet magnets, stuffed animals, or favorite toys. Let me know if you have questions and if you try it! Hit like if you want more videos!
