We managed to get 124 on the board and we knew that the pitch was going to turn and we had some good spinners in our side to make the difference We were very confident once we started and got some early breakthroughs which helped pull us back in the game. I think we had our chances unfortunately, some of them we couldnt take. Mitchell Marsh really made the difference. By the time he came our and started playing some shots it was really difficult to stop him. I believe umpires are also humans and we have to acknowledge and praise them for they do. They are the better judge We, as a team, learned a lot from this experience. Our new talent coming through and performing well on the big stage in a tournament like this is a great achievement for us and as a captain this make me very happy The crowd was exceptional everywhere we went and I would like to thank them for their support. It was a turning pitch and the ball wasnt coming onto the bat as easily. It wasnt the normal Bangalore pitch but I think we played some bad shots early on and couldnt manage to post the total we really wanted to. We would have liked to have 160-170 on the board but still we believe that it was a good effort with the spinners managing to bring us back into the game but in the end it was Marsh who made the real difference I had asked them (the umpires about Whitemans edge which was not referred). There was a big edge but the umpire said he was not sure about it and because he couldnt see it he refused to go upstairs with that. He didnt judge it well so we had to go through with it again. I was told that they cant go upstairs on catches like that and I said there was a big edge so they should. Some of the guys from here will be joining the Pakistan team in Dubai for the Australia series. Its a new challenge for us. Saad Nasim, who has done very well for us in this tournament, is also in the squad for the T20 so hopefully we will go there and enjoy good cricket.
