We got Jacobs MRI results late yesterday evening... they did find something :( The s1 disk in the spine, does have a tumor on it, they are thinking that the nerves around it are twisted or that a nerve had twisted around the tumor.. so we are being sent to Neuro surgery for evaluating & go from there... The tumor on knee & femeral area is causing him issues so back to orthopedics to see what can be done.. The brain tumors have no change, and are showing beign still which is good:) Just keep him in your prayers, as he is trying to stay strong... Its frustrating to see all this happening to your 13yr old , since he was diagnosed with his different diseases these last 4 yrs...you look at things much more different. . You pray every time you go to dr or have another test. . No new thing to address. .. Looking at his medication list, 9 oral meds daily just for him to do everyday stuff & 1 injection every week .. We as parents who have medical need children live day by day & learn to lean on each other as much as possible. . I am soo thankful for the wonderful camps that are out there for these kids to meet one another & become friends & where the parents meet each other & the same happens...
