We got to go out and see our shy guy Tucker yesterday. He is looking as handsome as ever. Though his jaw is fully healed he will always have a lopsided pout...we think it adds character! He played some peek-a-boo...hes such a silly boy. Being a bait dog at such a young age has really affected his trust of humans he doesnt know. Tucker is looking for a family of his own to love and trust. He is a special needs pup as he is leery outside of his environment or with new people. He is quiet outside and wants to hide behind your leg...same with new people but he does warm up if given 15/20 minutes. His fosters are working with him to help him see that he will never be hurt again, but wed love a furever family to get him settled into. He needs a home with another dog, male or female, as they help him so much. We are also looking into possibly getting him into some agility to help him boost his confidence a little. Tucker is a super sweet love bug that just needs some compassion and security. We know there is a perfect person out there for him that will love him as we do. He is a total lover, who is so happy once his shell opens up. He is crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, loves other dogs and does fine with cats.
