We had a close call tonight when Trace pulled away from me & ran onto the street! I screamed his name at the top of my lungs as I watched him disappear around the front of my car. Adrenaline kicked in & I grabbed Dayne by one arm, picked him up & ran around the other end after him in a panic thinking he was gonna be hit by the car barreling down the road. We had a Guardian Angel bc he stopped & came back to the sidewalk. My heart beating out of my chest I scolded him for what he did then I just broke down & sobbed! What a terrible thing it couldve turned out to be! I prayed to God & thanked him for hanging onto Traces hand when I wasnt. I would have never forgiven myself if anythg happened to him. Moral of this story....I learned to hang on a little bit tighter!
