We have been asked to provide a preliminary indication of HCPI spruce up projects by the end of January. Were willing to put together a Letter of Intent including several projects for the neighborhood, but well need the following details by January 23rd to consolidate: o Project Idea and connection to community plans; o Project goals and objectives; o Potential partners and other funding being pursued; o Organizational capacity; o Amount of funding requested & Estimated Budget; and o Estimated timeline Alternatively, individual community members are welcome to develop project ideas for their own Letters of Intent. Just keep the Board in the loop if youll need a letter of support from the Community Association.
