We have had a few ladies asking us what Bootcamp is, exactly. Well.... it is a one hour session twice per week for six weeks. During that time you would expect to see a noticeable increase in your fitness level. There is a small group, capped at 15 ladies in a session. There are two components, cardio and strength training. It is a challenging workout however, our leaders will tailor the activities to suit your fitness level. It is fantastic fun and you will make some great friendships and certainly notice a big difference in your energy levels over the course of the program. More questions?
