We have our City of Williamsburg business license as of this morning, and I have to say--when I applied for my JCC license last year, the woman in the Commissioner of Revenues office was not terribly helpful or pleasant (okay...rude is the word Im looking for) and gave me such a hassle that I eventually took care of things online. In comparison, the woman who helped me this morning at the Commissioner of Revenues office for the city was absolutely lovely and helpful and the process couldnt have been simpler. Thank you nice lady in the Commissioners office!
