We have written to NHAI and here is there reply: Funny part is toll is collected for current 4-Lane which they them-self are not aware of the current Status: Refer your email addressed to NHAI, HQ and RO, MAH As per the Concession Agreement, the Concessionaire has to maintain the Project Highway in the same condition as it was existing 7 days prior to the Concession Agreement. Diversions have been made on temporary basis as per CA by the Concessionaire on the locations where additional Flyover, VUP, PUPs etc. are being constructed. During rainy season, the roads are damaged in and around Pune due to heavy rains and Project Highway is no exception. Repair work is taken up immediately once clear sky is available. Progress of the work has been impacted due to land related issues which has affected the finances from lenders as claimed by the Concessionaire. The issues have been resolved to a larger extent and the work is likely to be completed by 15 Dec 2015. User fee is being levied for the existing four lane facility. User fee is being levied strictly in accordance with Schedule “R” of Concession Agreement.
