We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving we had a great time until we went to Wal-Mart in Kennett for their so called black friday sale that happened on Thursday I was held by unknown persons and pushed so that I wasnt able to get what they had on sale a pregnant lady was knocked down and a little girl I asked the manager JERRY who now will be referred to as JERRY THE JERK to pull the video to see who pushed shoved and held me by force I was told NOT GOING TO HAPPEN he was BUSY NO ONE would be able to do that for me I reported it to an on duty officer at walmart wearing a police jacket and gun who was very nice and told me it wouldnt do any good they PROBABLY couldnt identify anyone in the video FUNNY they always seem to prosecute people who steal they always get caught on video then I told three security people working their event as they called it WHAT A JOKE in addition to all of this many areas were blocked by more pallets of merchandise for later special sales creating a maze of disaster for everyone shopping and the 8:00 p.m. special deals came with a brief battle and merchandise being thrown in different directions and people acting like they lost their minds a lot of people started recording what was going on with their phones and were quickly made to stop recording and told to put their phones away. I have a few questions now I thought walmart was a public place since when does a store a public store control what you record with your phone and since when is it ok to allow people to hit push hold restrain or shove anyone and know it was done and dismiss it sale or no sale everyone has a right to be safe and to report a crime if I pushed some old lady and she told the police I would be arrested or questioned or something where was my rights tonight and is the almighty dollar more important to WAL-MART or the safety of its consumers CURIOUS and anyone going to KENNETT to WAL-Mart be sure and ask JERRY the manager now referred to as JERRY THE JERK ask him WHY? AND HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN? Thanks JERRY Hope you had a great THANKSGIVING Please voice your opinions to walmart in kennett and be advised your rights might be violated if shopping there I urge anyone who shops at walmart to voice your opinions to the corporate offices and anyone who listens and can prevent this from happening the safety of our families as we shop depends on how they operate and the manner in which this event was handled was a joke not to mention many people had their rights violated by not allowing the drama to be videoed guess they were afraid of a lawsuit if anyone got hurt makes a person wonder. Thought I should share this because it was like a bad episode of Jerry Springer although his security actually keeps the peace JERRY THE JERK could learn a lot from Jerry Springer please be safe and thanks for reading I couldnt make this crap up it really happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
