Police ITSELF BREAKS the LAWS ! well, I guess EU should CARE, because this is what they do with OTHER LAWS too...let alone de Constitutional and Civil Rights which for them are TRASH. What did I tell you? ...they all make their own laws in shelters...The Odai shelter is NOT open to the public. This is what the Local Police answered to the complaint filled against the shelter :Last month, VIER PFOTEN filed a complaint against the scandalous decision of the city hall of District 1, Bucharest, to restrict the acces of the adopters inside the public shelter Odaii. The response of local police proofs an arrogant misunderstanding of the public service definition: ”We inform you that the public shelter is not a pilgrimage place”.
