We made it. :) This morning started with a drive through Grafton for some breaky, almost everything was closed so we ended up at maccas, first time in years. We then hit the road heading to Byron bay, it was a nice quick drive and one of the shortest so far this trip. We had a minor issue with almost running out of fuel, but made it to a servo just in time. First stop was the light house and the eastern most tip of Australia. So far we have done the southern and eastern now, only north and west to go. A bit of a downer is the weather, it has been raining since we got here and doesnt look like getting any better unfortunately. :( Still we had a little drive around and a walk through town. Tomorrow we will do some shopping and sit back and enjoy the break. We saw some nice rigs on the road today, a couple of tag axle coachs converted into motorhomes and a heap of campervans, and of course, kombis. :)
