We need to start speaking up and demanding change. So many people minimize what fathers are put thru in this State and many other states- our children are legally abducted from us and then we are extorted thousands of dollars all on the hope we might get to see our kids on a regular basis. These laws stripping parents of rights are cruel, immoral and do nothing to protect the best interest of our children. The sham procedures used in family court lack due process and violate human and civil rights. The ACLU and many other groups look the other way while fathers rights are denied without crime, trial or just legal cause. If the laws allowed all men to have sole custody no questions asked, women rights groups would be all over it claiming civil rights violations so why do we allow this type of pain and demoralization to occur daily in our courts.
