We now have two programs. The Foundation/All Sport Program and the Cycling Series: Time Trial Program. The Foundation Program (All Sport Program) is designed to help all athletes, regardless of the sport, reach new levels of mental toughness. This program is appropriate for any athletic endeavor and will guide you through a series of mental enhancement techniques to help you build a stronger mental approach to your training and competing. You will learn to overcome mental blocks such as self-doubt, negative thinking and lack of focus. Through the use of these audio training sessions, you will develop a more powerful mind and find that, regardless of the sport you participate in, you will become a better “mental” athlete. These skills will teach you how to relax your mind, build your confidence and access “flow states” more easily. These, in turn, will create a better overall athlete. The Cycling Series: Time Trial Program is the first in a series of cycling programs to be released. The Time Trial specific cycling program will focus specifically on improving the performance of time trial racers. The program includes all of the All Sport Program tracks plus the time trial specific program. The Time Trial Racing program will give the time trial cyclist the tools needed to change their approach to training and racing. This program will be specific to the time trial racer, and the readiness that is necessary to succeed. You will learn how to train your mind to overcome self-doubt, negative thinking, and race day anxieties. You will gain a new understanding of how to interpret your environment and stay focused on the hardest discipline in cycling. This program is also great for triathletes who are trying to improve on their cycling performance. All cyclists will benefit from this program due to the fact there are some elements of time trialing in all cycling disciplines. Coming next is the Cycling Series: Criterium/Road Racing Program
