Paddock with stall, foaling stall, dry lot pasture, or anything else your horse needs is available and negotiable. Group rates (single owner with multiple horses or groups of owners with one or more horses each) are negotiable for a limited time. The Stable: A custom manufactured structure that is of essentially burn proof, chew proof, kick proof and water-proof construction. Stalls: Twenty four 12 x 12 stalls. Vertical grill gloss black metal and saddle tan panel colored stall fronts with center sliding doors, feed door, automatic waterer, interlocking stall mats, stall drain, vertical grill or V yoke outer window with shudder, wall (sky) light, 2/3 grill and 1/3 solid stall partition, electrical lighting and power, etc. Amenities: Two very large tack rooms (24 x 36), two feed rooms (12 x 12) with adjoining storage rooms (12 x 24), two bathrooms (6 x 8) with shower, breezeway and central courtyard for relaxation. Rubber interlocking mats in stalls, wash stalls and the main aisles. Raised center aisle roof with ribbon windows for additional natural lighting. Convalescing stalls with outdoor paddocks. Full coverage fly spray system. Home viewable closed circuit television, washer/dryer, deep sinks, kitchenettes, refrigerators, and more... Arenas and round pen: A 125 x 200 jump/training arena, a full sized USDF 40M x 60M dressage arena and a 60 diameter round pen. A third arena is planned. The arenas have been expertly constructed for the best footing. Pastures: Began in September of 2012, the pastures are a mixture of predominantly fescue, orchard, timothy, perennial rye and clover grasses. Automatic Nelson brand waterers in each pasture. Fencing: RAMM Electro braid fence for the safety and protection of your horse. Trails & Creek: Thousands of feet of access along Limestone Creek for fishing, swimming, BBQ parties and just horsing around.
