Mental-Train your Brain, read books-even the ones you would usallly shy away from. 2.Spiritual-Find a moment or two to commune with you inner being, which re-connects you to your HIGHER one. 3.Physical-Do something daily that will increase your longevity and improve your quality of life on this planet. The journey is a short one; make it as BLISSFUL as you desire, the CHOICE is yours.
