We start the Wendler Strength Program next week for squats, deadlift and shoulder presses. (Youll notice bench press was taken out because its not a functional movement for crossFit. I know there is absolute panic right now but I promise well work your pecs with other exercise. But if you must have bench press come to open gym or come early/stay later to do on your own.) Olympic lifts will be add Mondays and Fridays. So our strength training will look like this every week.
